Export Results
You can export recognized text and retained graphics for use in other applications by saving them to file, sending them as mail attachments, copying them to the Clipboard, or saving them to other targets.
The Export Results drop-down list contains the following options:
Save to Files
Select Save to Files to save a copy of a document or selected pages to disk as a specified file type. Select it also to save page images. See Supported file types and Saving recognition results for more information.

Select View Result in the Save to File dialog box to have OmniPage automatically open your word-processing or other program when you save recognition results as a file.
Save to Nuance Cloud Connector
This provides a set of links to web-based storage sites if it is installed and correctly configured. When using these links, you may be required to supply login information and a password. The Connector also provides access to one or more designated FTP sites. See Saving files to the Cloud and Saving to FTP. Direct links are provided to Evernote and Dropbox, which cannot be reached via the Nuance Cloud Connector.
Specify the file type, page range, formatting level and file options in the Export Options dialog box.
Send in Mail
Select Send in Mail to send a copy of a document or selected pages as one or more files attached to a mail message. Select it also to send page images. This is supported by MAPI-compliant mail applications such as Microsoft Outlook. See Sending pages by mail for more information.
Copy to Clipboard
Select Copy to Clipboard to place a copy of a document or selected pages on the Clipboard. See Copying pages to Clipboard for more information.

In OmniPage Professional, files can also be exported to an FTP site, to ODMA or to Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems: Microsoft SharePoint, Hummingbird and iManage. |
Save to ODMA
Select Save to ODMA to save a single file (page image or recognized page) to an ODMA-compliant Document Management System (DMS). This saving option will be offered only if a DMS is detected in your computing environment. Specify the file type, page range, formatting level and file options in the Export Options dialog box.
Save to SharePoint
Select Save to SharePoint to send page images or recognized pages to the Microsoft SharePoint portal server. Specify the file type, page range, formatting level and file options in the Export Options dialog box.
When saving to SharePoint, the server, login and password information must be provided only once per session, and it is offered in each subsequent session.
Save to Hummingbird
Select Save to Hummingbird to save files to the Hummingbird (Open Text) ECM.
Save to iManage
Select Save to iManage to save files to the iManage (Interwoven) ECM.
These ECM items appear in the Export Results drop-down list only if the systems are detected as deployed on your computer.
