Prefilling form elements

You can prefill selected comb elements with fixed text. Prefilled fixed text will automatically be displayed in a form. For example, you can prefill a hyphen for a phone number in the correct position.
To prefill form elements:

Select a comb element. Unfilled squares indicate comb element selection.

Right-click and choose Form Object Properties in the shortcut menu, or select the same item from the Format menu.

Select Prefill Element then click OK.

Double-click in the cell and type in a fixed text.
