Formatting paragraphs
You can format paragraphs in the Text Editor by using the Formatting toolbar or the Paragraph dialog box from the Format menu. In all formatting levels except Plain Text, you can change the alignment of selected paragraphs and apply bulleting or numbering to paragraphs. The Paragraph dialog box allows you to also modify indents, line spacing and spacing between paragraphs.
