Loading image files from FTP
You can load image files from a central file server location using the Nuance Cloud connector. When you configure this Connector you can specify the path to one or more FTP sites, and possibly have access data stored for re-use.
To load image files from FTP for automatic processing:

Select 1-2-3 in the Workflow drop-down list.

Select Load from Nuance Cloud Connector in the Get Page drop-down list.

Choose the desired FTP site in the Connector interface.

Select Save to Nuance Cloud Connector in the Export Result drop-down list if you want to store the recognized pages on the FTP site.

Select other settings as required.

Click the Start button.
To load image files from FTP for manual processing

Click the Get Page button with Load from Nuance Cloud Connector selected.

Select the desired FTP site.
The FTP Log-in dialog box may appear if the necessary information was not remembered.

Enter an FTP Server name, a user name and a password, then click OK.

Select the folder location and file type of the file you want to load.
Files of that type in the selected location appear in the list box. Select the files to be loaded and click OK.
